Founded by Lyneé Jordan, a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Level 99 Food stands on a strong foundation of culinary education, hands-on experience, and passion-driven creativity. Lyneé holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s in Restaurant & Food Service Management & ServSafe Certified, combining classical training with real-world expertise to bring every event to life with intention and care.
From intimate dinners to large-scale celebrations, Lyneé has built a reputation for crafting high-quality, soulful, and elevated meals that leave a lasting impression. Her approach blends refined culinary technique with bold, comforting flavors—resulting in stunning plates that feel both luxurious and personal. Whether she’s creating a 6-course plated dinner, a signature grazing experience, or a custom menu for a wedding or conference, every detail is designed with excellence, beauty, and authenticity.

Where Level 99 food Begins…
Cooking has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. As a child, the gifts I wanted most were kitchen tools and equipment—an early spark that set me on this path. Over the years, I’ve honed my craft, learning from talented chefs and my parents, who taught me not just technique, but the values and heart behind every dish.
There are countless menus, recipes, and dishes that I’ve held close to my heart—each one shaping the chef I am today. I love using fresh, real ingredients to create meals that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.
I’m also incredibly blessed to have my doting husband by my side, supporting me in every event and helping me push the boundaries of what Level 99 Food can deliver. Together, we craft experiences that are soulful, elevated, and unforgettable.
